Just 2 pounds this week. Down to 345.4 .
Was pretty good this week, didn’t walk as much as I wanted to (only 4 days instead of the 5 I try to each week). Saturday was my downfall, I had 2 fantasy football drafts that day. The first at my house was okay, the second was at a friends place with about 5 or 6 other people. Pizza and BBQ were served (I took the BBQ). I was good on the pork, but ate a bunch of pizza since that is my major vice. I was good though and only drank water, and a bunch of it, probably had 7-8 glasses in the 3-4 hours I was there.
This week is back at it hard again and I hope to see 330′s this coming Sunday.
